Chinese herbs & supplements
We stock a curated range of TGA-approved Chinese herbal medicine formulas, available as capsules, black pearls, powders, and organic honey pearls.
Practitioner-only, high-quality supplements are also available. A tailored combination may be prescribed to support your individual health goals.
Chinese herbs and supplements are prescribed as required and charged separately.
Acupuncture & Chinese herbal fees
Packages
Acupuncture is accumulative. The more regularly you visit, the more beneficial the treatments will be for you.
Packages can be prepaid for at the clinic. It's more convenient and you get longer treatment time.
You will receive an invoice for each session to claim private health fund rebates.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $130 (100% of the treatment fee).
If we are able to reschedule your appointment to another time on the same day, no cancellation fee will apply.
Exceptions apply for medical emergencies or if you go into labour.

Payment Methods
We accept PayID and bank transfer (no fee), as well as Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS (1.1% merchant fee applies).
Private Health Fund Rebates
We offer private health fund rebates (not HICAPS). After each session, your invoice will be emailed to you, allowing you to easily claim your rebate online.
Please check with your provider to understand your level of cover, as it varies for everyone.
